Membership Terms & Conditions

Below is a description of the AnagenesisX Elite Membership Program and its associated terms.

AnagenesisX Elite Membership Program

The following monthly free service is included with your AnagenesisX Elite Membership, depending on which membership you chose:

$45 AnagenesisX SugarWax Elite:

• Women get 1 free brazilian sugaring/waxing per month.
• Men get 1 free chest or back sugaring/waxing per month.

$99 AnagenesisX Glow Elite:

• Get 1 free chemical peel per month for 6 months.
• You get a gift card worth $50 towards any service of your choice on your membership renewal date.
• *Only chemical peels qualify for the free monthly facial service

AnagenesisX Elite Membership Terms

The following are terms that apply to the AnagenesisX Elite Membership Program (as of August 1, 2023):

• By enrolling in the AnagenesisX Elite Membership Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by the provisions set out herein.
• Eligible free services are subject to change.
• There is no limit to the number of discounted services you can receive under one membership, in addition to the one free service each month.
• Memberships are non-transferable. Your membership is personal to you and you may not assign your membership to another individual.
• If you "no-showed" for your free monthly service, the service will be deemed rendered and you are not entitled to a replacement free service for that month.
• You must be age 12 years or older and a legal resident of Canada to be eligible for participation. Persons under the age of 18 ("minors") must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation.
• The AnagenesisX Elite Membership Program is void where prohibited by law.

Payments & Fees

Memberships can be purchased in store or online.

Anagenesis Beauty Clinic & Spa reserves the right to increase membership fees upon 30 days of written or electronic notice to member.

Refunds are not issued for unused services.

Prices are subject to change

You agree to notify Anagenesis Beauty Clinic & Spa of any change to your credit card information.

You are responsible for the payment of all amounts for your chosen membership associated with this membership terms and condition, whether or not you make use of the services offered, and hereby authorize us to charge any credit card that you provide to us from time to time for any amounts owing pursuant to this agreement.

The membership fees do not reflect HST, which you must pay in addition to the relevant fee. Other than as set out in the "Termination" section below, we will charge your credit card the relevant fee plus HST on or about the first day of start of your membership Agreement Month.

In the event that the pre-authorized payments you have agreed to pay by entering this contract do not go though three months in a row, we will suspend your membership and later terminate your membership without notice.

Cancellation & Freezing

• You have the ability to 'freeze' your membership for one month during the entirety of your membership until your renewal date. A maximum of 3 times each calendar year.
• You are required to notify your Anagenesis Beauty Clinic & Spa to freeze your membership at least 7 days prior to the start of your next membership month in order to freeze your membership for that membership month.
• After the initial 3 months of your membership, you have the ability to cancel your membership by giving at least one full one month's notice by email. Therefore, each membership has a four-month minimum. You may have the right to cancel your membership earlier under applicable law.
• Should you decide to cancel your membership, the cancellation will take effect on the effective date of your cancellation (i.e. at the end of the 30 day notice period) if the effective date of your cancellation is also on your renewal date, otherwise your cancellation will be effective on the next renewal date, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• All entitlements and benefits are terminated when your membership is frozen or cancelled.
• Anagenesis Beauty Clinic & Spa reserves the right to immediately terminate your membership, without refund, in the event of a failed payment or inappropriate conduct by you.

Termination Policy

We may terminate your membership at any time by notifying you. You will be responsible for paying the monthly fee in respect of the membership month during which we terminated your membership, but no future months.

In the event of termination or cancellation of the program, or in the event the enrollment location closes, Anagenesis Beauty Clinic & Spa and its affiliates will have no obligation to provide, and the member will not be entitled to receive, any compensation in any form for any dollars or services remaining in the member's account as of the date of such closure, termination or cancellation.

Disclaimer and Release

You hereby acknowledge that the services provided by Anagenesis Beauty Clinic & Spa carry the risk of adverse skin reaction and/or minor injury, and release us from any claim with respect to any such reaction or injury. You are solely responsible for advising us in advance of any disability, condition, injury, skin or other disease, laser treatment, medical treatment, or allergy which could result in an increased risk of injury or reaction, or may not be compatible with the services that we provide.

Additional Terms

We reserve the right to change, restrict or cancel the AnagenesisX Elite Program at any time. We reserve the right to revoke anyone's membership at any time.
