Every treatment in our catalogue is tagged with the concerns it solves, the skin types it suits, the downtime it carries, and whether it is safe before an event. When you answer the three questions, the recommender filters that catalogue and ranks the best fit for your specific combination.
It is not an AI guessing what might help. It is the same logic our estheticians use during consultation, with the trade-offs encoded: skip strong peels on reactive skin, prefer no-downtime treatments before an event, lean toward Korean Skin Care or microneedling if you are building a long-term routine.
If your situation does not match cleanly, the recommender will tell you that and route you to a free consultation. That is the more honest answer than forcing a recommendation.

The catalogue is maintained by hand and reviewed by our estheticians, so the result reflects what we would actually recommend in person.
Is this powered by AI?
No. It is a deterministic match against our service catalogue. We did this intentionally: it is faster, it never hallucinates a treatment we don't offer, and the result is the same every time you answer the same way.
What if my situation is more complicated than three questions?
Most cases are simpler than they feel. But if your situation is unusual or you want a second opinion, book a free consultation. We will look at your skin, ask follow-up questions, and recommend a plan that often combines two or three treatments rather than just one.
Will I be asked for my email or phone number?
No. The recommender is anonymous and instant. You only share contact info if you decide to book.
Can I use this if I already know what I want?
Yes, but you probably don't need to. If you already know which facial you want, you can book directly through Fresha or call the clinic. The recommender is for when you are not sure which of our facials is the right fit.
